How can I purchase tickets before the event?

Purchasing tickets with LiveGig Ltd can be easily accomplished by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Go to the webpage “www. livegig.stream”.

Step 2: On the webpage, click on the “buy ticket” button (or any other call to action) to start the purchase of your virtual ticket.

Step 3: Make a payment using the preferred secure payment method of your choice. Once the payment has been made a confirmation message will appear on the webpage.

You will receive an email (and a reminder on the day of the event) with a direct link to the page where the event will be broadcasted. Before the event is about to start (or during the event), click on the link given to you before. You will have instant access to the event. (If there are any issues streaming the event, please contact LiveGig Ltd support team via the submission form on our contact us page.

Why can’t I view the content I have purchased?

If you are encountering difficulties in viewing the content that you have purchased, please check the following:

Option 1: Check the receipt that was sent to you via email when you purchased your ticket. You’ll notice that there’s a link to the event on the receipt. Simply click on the link and log into the event with your credentials.

Note: If you did not receive an email from us with the receipt, it’s very likely that you might have mistyped your email address when you registered.

If you suspect that you might have registered with an incorrect email address, you can contact the LiveGig Ltd support team via the submission form on the contact us page. Please provide the last 4 digits of your credit card number used for your purchase along with your full name including your surname. Using the given information, we can try to locate you in our system and resolve the issue for you.

What can I do if the quality of the video is poor?

To improve the quality of the video streaming, you may take the following actions:-

Option 1: Control your internet connection: for a better viewing experience at medium video quality, you need a minimum of 1.5Mb downloading internet speed.

Option 2: Try reloading the page a few times or see if you can access the video from another browser or device.

Option 3: Contact our support team to see if they can double check the video quality for you.

Do I need a super-fast internet connection speed to watch events on LiveGig Ltd?

Streaming videos on LiveGig Ltd does not require an extremely fast internet connection. You can stream videos varying in quality depending on the internet connection you have. We suggest:

  • 3 Mbps -Standard definition video.
  • 5-8 Mbps – 720p and 1080p High definition.
  • 25 Mbps – 4 K Ultra High Definition.

We are streaming a lower bit-rate feed that is compatible with users utilizing 3G and 4G services.
